INDUSTRIAL MESSAGE DISPLAY

AT209CE Industrial Message Display

A 20-character alphanumeric display built for the plant floor. 99 programmable messages with parallel, serial and serial-trigger addressing. This is the unit Metco has bought from ABT since the 1990s, and it is backward compatible with the other displays listed below.

What it fits

If your machine carries a Metco 9MC, the AT209CE is that display. ABT designs and builds it, and Metco has sourced it from ABT since the 1990s, so you are ordering the same unit from the company that makes it. It is also backward compatible with the other displays below — existing wiring and message logic stay exactly as they are.

Where the original display has failed and the machine builder no longer supports it, the AT209CE drops into the same panel cut-out and accepts the same triggering. Panel size is 10.25″ × 4.25″ with mounting holes at 9.750″ × 3.750″.

Dimensions and mounting

The AT209CE mounts through a panel on four screws. The hole centres are 9.750″ × 3.750″, the pattern shown on the drawing below — if your existing display uses that pattern the AT209CE goes into the same cut-out with no panel work.
